1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the SkillZeno platform ("SkillZeno", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, you must not use our services.

2. User Roles & Accounts

SkillZeno provides dedicated portals for Participants, Skill Providers, and Administrators.

  • Participants: Must provide accurate information when registering and requesting tutoring sessions.
  • Skill Providers: Must provide authentic proof of qualifications and experience. All skill provider profiles are subject to administrative review and approval before appearing in public directory listings.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Bookings, Payments & Platform Fees

All financial transactions on SkillZeno are securely processed via Stripe integration.

  • Session Rates: Hourly rates are set by verified skill providers and displayed transparently prior to checkout.
  • Platform Fee: SkillZeno applies a standard platform fee to cover WebRTC video room infrastructure, security, and administrative verification.
  • Payouts: Skill Providers receive payouts directly via connected Stripe accounts upon session confirmation.

4. Conduct & Code of Ethics

SkillZeno is committed to maintaining a calm, respectful, and productive learning environment.

  • Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior during live video sessions will result in immediate suspension.
  • Both participants and skill providers must attend scheduled meetings punctually.
  • Sharing illegal, abusive, or unauthorized promotional material is strictly prohibited.

5. WebRTC Video & Intellectual Property

Live video classrooms use end-to-end WebRTC signaling. Users may not record or distribute session audio, video, or shared educational materials without prior written consent from all participants.

6. Termination & Modifications

SkillZeno reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise platform safety. We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page.
